General Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- A written request for a refund is submitted to support@boostedpixel.com.
- The request is made within 5 days of the initial payment.
- Refunds are subject to review and approval based on the service’s progress.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Completed or delivered projects.
- Services where significant work has already been undertaken.
- Custom or bespoke designs tailored specifically to your requirements.
Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins
- You may cancel your order before we begin work, and a full refund will be issued.
After Work Begins
- If a project is canceled after work has commenced, a refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed. Administrative and service fees may apply.
Revisions and Amendments
- Revisions are part of the service; however, excessive revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur additional charges.
- Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with revisions unless Boosted Pixel fails to deliver the agreed quality as per the contract.
